God has the biggest toolbox you can ever imagine. It is set out for us to use in order to get the Gospel out. Besides having signs and wonders and different kinds of miracles available to us, there are also gifts of the Spirit available:
God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, diver miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will? (Hebrews 2:4) 
 
The devil uses spiritual power and we will need it to undo and outdo the works of darkness. There is an abundance of grace available for us. According to Romans 12:6-8, we all can have differing gifts according to the grace that is given to us, which includes non-miraculous gifts like the gift of administration, teaching, giving, and mercy. 
 
The apostle Paul told us to pursue the best gifts, but this is not something we just do for a “weekend retreat”. My own search has lasted years. As I began to go after them, I found out that they are not given lightly. They are free but they will cost us dearly. They are distributed to each one individually as He wills. (1 Corinthians 12:11) They are worth the search.
